1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Win - Pulse Sport (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Win - Pulse Sport mobile application (“the App”).
Win - Pulse Sport provides sports schedules, match information, sports news, favorites, personal notes, and on-device analytics. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Process
Information stored on your device
The App allows you to create and manage:
- Personal notes;
- Favorite matches and news articles;
- App preferences;
- Cached match and news information;
- On-device analytical summaries based on your activity in the App.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not receive, upload, or remotely access your notes, favorites, or locally generated analytics.
Sports and news content
The App connects to external sports information providers to retrieve match schedules, results, team information, and sports news. When these requests are made, the external provider may automatically receive limited technical information normally associated with an internet connection, such as your IP address, request date and time, basic network and device information, and the requested resource.
This technical information is processed according to the respective provider’s privacy practices. We do not use it to personally identify you.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
Win - Pulse Sport does not require an account. We do not intentionally collect:
- Your name, email address, or telephone number;
- Account credentials;
- Payment or financial information;
- Contacts or address book information;
- Advertising identifiers or personal advertising profiles;
- Your personal notes or favorite items;
- Remote analytics about how you use the sports features of the App.
4. How Information Is Used
Information processed by the App is used to:
- Display sports schedules, results, and news;
- Provide offline access to previously loaded content;
- Save your favorite matches and articles;
- Create and manage personal notes;
- Produce private analytics directly on your device;
- Maintain the reliability and functionality of the App.
On-device analytics are not transmitted to us or used for advertising.
5. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your personal notes, favorites, and locally generated analytics are not shared with advertisers, analytics companies, or content providers. Technical network requests are sent directly to the external content providers required to deliver sports and news information.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Personal notes and favorites remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
Cached sports events older than approximately seven days and cached news articles older than approximately fourteen days may be automatically removed after the App successfully refreshes its content.
Depending on your Android device and backup settings, locally stored App data may be included in a system backup managed by your device or platform provider. We do not control those backups.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or store your notes and favorites on our servers, we cannot remotely access or delete that local information.
7. Data Security
The App relies on Android application sandboxing and local database storage to protect information saved on your device. Connections used to retrieve sports and news content use HTTPS where supported by the relevant provider.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using available screen-lock and device-protection features.
8. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You may:
- Delete individual notes from within the App;
- Remove matches and articles from favorites;
- Clear all App data through Android system settings;
- Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data, subject to system backups.
9. Children’s Privacy
Win - Pulse Sport is a general-audience sports information application and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the features described in this policy.
10. Third-Party Services
The sports and news content providers used by the App include:
External providers may operate servers in countries other than your country of residence. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independent third-party services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
